Solid countertop equipment suitable for cutting pineapple into slices, wedges and chunks.

The equipment is very easy to use and sanitize. It consists of a set of blades for cutting into slices and a set for cutting into wedges, which working together can cut into chunks.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a plastic base certified for contact with food.

The semi-automatic wedger mod. PWS for peeled and unpeeled pumpkin, butternut squash, watermelon and melon is manually fed. Easily interchangeable cutting tool and fruit holder.

Extremely safe: synchronized two-button start system by the operator + safety barriers.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, all components are easily replaceable and the parts in contact with the fruit are made of food-grade material.
